Ammar – Co-founder of BaqsonMed – brings years of experience and a deep passion for helping students succeed in their medical and dental school applications. As one of the Leading Mentors, Ammar personally oversees all tutoring and mentoring programs, ensuring that each student receives the highest level of support. He is personally involved with most of the groupchats between tutors and tutees ensuring only the highest level of teaching is present. Having navigated the rigorous application process himself and gaining 4/4 Medical school offers alongside his 4 A*s and 11 9’s, he is dedicated to providing students with real-world insights, personalized guidance, and expert strategies to excel in their interviews. Ammar’s vision for BaqsonMed is built on empathy, his extensive knowledge of medical news and a genuine desire to helping students achieve their dreams of entering top medical and dental schools by making what they ACTUALLY need to do, clear, accessible and straightforward

Aftab (Affy) is our other Lead Mentor and Co-founder of BaqsonMed. After getting offers from universities like UCL, Birmingham and Newcastle Affy understands what it really takes to become amongst the best candidates for medical school applications. Affy – like Ammar – has managed to pass this expert knowledge onto our large range of tutors ensuring that they have what it takes to provide the highest quality of mentoring that students deserve.
